1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the FlipTrak mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Financial Disclaimer

Important: FlipTrak provides data estimates based on historical listings. We do NOT guarantee that you will be able to sell any item for the price shown, nor do we guarantee any profit. All buying and selling decisions are your own sole responsibility. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of this app.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically via your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlipTrak, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
